Juanita Parrott Forrest of Warren died Friday at Chapel Woods in Warren at the age of 87.  She was a retired poultry farmer.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 Friday (Oct 30) at Frazer's Chapel in Warren. Burial in Smyrna Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday from 2:30 until time of service at Frazer's. Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren in charge of arrangements.
