Virginia Frances Best Offutt of the Smith Chapel community died Friday at the age of 80. Funeral services will be held at 10 this morning at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with Rev Don Johnson officiating.  Burial at Smith-Morgan Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice Angels or Alzheimer's Arkansas program and services. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce.
