10/02/15  Seven Cases Came Before Judge Ives In Latest Bearden District Court

 

In District Court in Bearden on September 15.  Eric Raney of Fordyce was to appear to answer charges of failure to appear in court to pay old fines.  Raney is currently in jail and unable to appear.  Judge Dan Ives reset Raney's appearance for October 15.  Raney owes $750.00 in fines and court costs.  

Billy Jenkins of Bearden, currently incarcerated, was to appear in District Court on two charges of failure to appear and one on theft of property.  The Judge reset Jenkins trial to October 15, and was ordered to pay a total of $800.00 in fines and court costs.  

Jamie Cranford of Bearden on August 7,  was cited by Bearden police for failure to wear a seat belt, no insurance and failure to yield.  She was ordered to pay a total of $650.00 in fines and court costs.

Joshua Binns and Michael Smith of Bearden both paid $145.00 in fines and court costs for speeding violations.  

Stephanie Evans of Bearden had her court appearance moved to Oct 15 by Judge Ives.  She was first cited by Bearden police in May on failure to appearance charges.  She was ordered to pay a total of $325.00 in fines and court costs.  

Savanah Hargis of Bearden was issued a citation on August 10,  for failure to appear.  She was ordered to pay $325.00 in fines and court costs.
