09/29/15  Crossett Man Killed After Being Thrown From Motorcycle

A 46 year old Crossett man died Sunday when the motorcycle he was riding went out of control on a Union County Road.

According to the State Police report, Doyle Lemar Webb of Crossett died of injuries he received when the 2014 Kawasaki motorcyle he was riding went out of control on a bridge on State Highway 82, near the Ashley-Union County line. Webb was thrown from the motorcycle. 

He was pronounced dead at the Ashley County Medical Center. The weather was clear, road conditions dry at the time of the accident at 6:18pm Sunday evening.  The accident was investigated by State Trooper Corporal William James.
