Debra “Tootsie” Forrest Wagnon of Redfield died Wednesday at her home at the age of 59. Graveside services will be held at 2pm tomorrow at Outlaw Cemetery. Visitation will be this evening from 6-8pm at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren.
