09/17/15  September Named As Veterans And Patriot's Month

Ouachita County Judge Robbie McAdoo has designated September as  Veterans and Patriot's Awareness and Appreciation Month, and all during the month veterans and patriots will be honored culminating with the Camden Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours this evening from 5-7pm on the lawn of the Ouachita County Courthouse, with an appreciation program and meal.

Lt. Governor Tim Griffin and Nicole Hart with Arkansas Vets will be present to honor vets and patriots.  Their will be door prizes for veterans. Jim Bob Davis, Ouachita County Veterans Service Officer will be available to educate vets on services available.  All Ouachita County vets and their families are invited and encouraged to attend the event.
