09/14/15  Rison Working To Attract New Business Downtown

On a recent visit to South Arkansas Today...Bret Talent of Rison talked about the community improvement projects going on in Rison and Cleveland County.

Talent says there's a few new businesses moving into downtown Rison and they're hoping to attract more with improvements in the works in the downtown area.
