According to a report released by Fordyce Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, Fordyce police officers made a total of 7 arrests between August 31 and September 7.

 On August 31, 61 year-old Bobby Dean Johnson of New Edinburg was arrested by officer Mark Hopkins and charged with forgery.

On September 1,  officer Charles Still cited 39-year-old Shanetta Patrice Wright of Fordyce with failure to appear and contempt of court. On that same day, officer Still arrested 34 year-old Dameon Lamon Martin of  Little Rock on charges of failure to comply with a court order and contempt.

On September 4, officer Mark Hopkins cited 47 year old Lee Morris of Fordyce for failure to appear in court.

On Sept 6, officer Michael Rhodes arrested 29 year old Jerrell Nathan Rice of Little Rock and charged him with shoplifting. On that same date, officer Roger Wood cited 25 year old Stephanie Mann for failure to appear in court. Also on September 6,  67 year-old David Kinch Womack of Bearden was arrested by officer Chad Hubanks and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
