A 42 year old Greenbrier man has been charged by Deputy Prosecutor Tom Wynne with possession of meth-cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of drug parphernalia. The charges stem from a traffic stop made by a State Trooper back in March. According to the report filed in Dallas County Circuit Court, the state trooper observed a vehicle driven by Terry Wayne Gantz of Greenbrier cross over the center line on 167-north near Fordyce and attempted to stop Gantz. Gantz ignored the lights and siren for a couple more miles and finally pulled over. He was immediately place under arrest. A drivers license check on Gantz revealed that his license had been revoked. A search of Gantz' vehicle revealed a sunglasses container that contained 6 small bags of a white substance that tested to be meth.
