08/26/15  Multiple Charges Filed Against Two Fordyce Residents

Multiple criminal charges have been filed against two Fordyce residents. According to a Fordyce Police report, the incident occurred Sunday afternoon around 2pm.  Fordyce police officer Chad Hubanks filed nine criminal charges against 29 year old Willis Damon Harris and 24 year old Shunta Walker.

Both were charged with aggravated assault on a family or household member, disorderly conduct..using abusive, obscene language.  Driving on a suspended license..disregarding a police officer...fleeing....obstructing govenmental operations..resisting arrest..refusal to submit to arrest..disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance.  

According to Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, the incident remains under investigation.  No other particulars were available.
