08/24/15  Drew County Woman Charged With 1st Degree Murder

A Drew County woman remained in custody Friday on $250,000.00 bond in connection with the death of a 41 year old Hamburg man whose remains were found earlier this month in Drew County.  

A twenty-nine year old Drew County woman, Heather Hackett, was arrested and charged August 6, with first degree murder and abuse of a corpse after authorities found human remains on private property in Drew County that same day. The remains were later found to belong to Sam Arnold, whose family filed a missing person report on July 27,
