08/17/15  Bearden To Fill Vacancy On School Board

This is the first day of school and at the Bearden School Board meeting last week, we asked Superintendent Denny Rozenberg how many students he expected in class today. He said he was unsure.

Zone 1 school board member, William Bussell recently resigned his position on the school board.  Bussell started work in Little Rock some months back and moved to that area.  We asked Rozenberg what procedure would be followed to ill the vacancy.

Who ever is chosen will eventually have to run for election to the office.
