08/14/15  Dallas County Health Fair Scheduled For September

This years Health Fair in Fordyce will be held in the National Guard Armory on the Dallas County Fairground on Friday, September 11, from 10am till 5pm. There will be free screenings for cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, bone density and diabetic foot screening. Lots of free health information will be available, including free prostate cancer blood screening.  For an appointment, call Nadine Walston at 352-8794. Mammograms are available by appointment by calling UAMS. There will be entertainment, door prizes, bingo and face painting.  The event is sponsored by Dallas County Alliance Supporting Health (DASH) and the Dallas County Medical Center.
