08/10/15  Central Arkansas Development Council Says No More Utility Bill Assistance

The Central Arkansas Development Council announced on Friday it has stopped accepting applications for utility bill assistance.

CADC is a private non-profit community action agency that was formed in 1965 to fight and win the “War on Poverty”.
