08/05/15  Dirt Bike And Chain Saw Stolen From Bearden Residence

On Sunday, August 2, Ouachita County Deputy Sheriff Adam LaDuke responded to a theft report on North 3^rd in Bearden. 

Ronald Dale Strickland Sr. reported that his son had a dirt bike and chainsaw stolen out of a shed behind the house, a lock had been pried off.  LaDuke asked Strickland if he knew anyone who had reason to take the items, Strickland told LaDuke  Cody Sparkman came by the house and asked him if he was going to pay the money he owned his father, Mike Sparkman, when he said no he said Sparkman got angry.  Mike Sparkman was taken into custody on a warrant but claimed he had no idea where the bike was.
