Iva Monte Hariston McDougald of Warren died Tuesday at Chapel Woods Health and Rehab in Warren, she was 79. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 at Frazer's Chapel. Burial at Parker Prospect Cemetery.  Visitation is this evening from 6-8pm at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren.
