07/28/15  Applications Are Being Taken For Utility Bill Assistance

The Central Arkansas Development Council is now taking applications for the regular summer Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, to assist households with their electric utility bills.  The applications are being accepted in Dallas County Monday through Wednesday at the CADC office on East 4^th, 8am till noon.

In Calhoun County applications for assistance are being accepted Monday through Wednesday 8am till noon at the CADC office on South Lee Street in Hampton.

In Ouachita county applications are being accepted at the CADC office at 313 Jefferson, Monday through Wednesday 8am till noon.

To apply for assistance applicants are required to show a picture I-D and show a copy of their electric and gas bill.  Allow 35 days for payment. For additional information, call 501-326-6229.
