07/27/15  Saturday Homicide Victim In Pine Bluff Make 6 So Far This Year

 

Pine Bluff police are investigating the city's sixth homicide of the year after a man was found shot to death in his car Saturday afternoon. Police spokesman Sgt. David De Foor said in a news release that officers went to the intersection of East Short 24th Avenue and South Indiana Street after reports of a shooting. 

A tan Mercury Marquis was partially off the road and inside police found a man with several gunshot wounds.  He was pronounced dead at the scene. De Foor said the man's name was being withheld pending notification of next of kin.  He did say police did not have any information on the shooter.
