Ileader Blount Hales of Star City died Sunday at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. Visitation will be tomorrow evening from 6-8pm at Frazer's Funeral Home in Warren. Graveside services will be held at 10am Thursday at Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter Arkansas.  Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren in charge of arrangements.
