Billy Eugene Inzer of White Hall died at his home on Sunday at the age of 87. Visitation will be Wednesday morning from 10 to 11 at Central Baptist Church in Pine Bluff with services to follow at 11 with Reverend Allen Elkins officiating.  Burial will be private at Campground Cemetery at Hampton. Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
