07/13/15  Neal dies

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday at 2pm at Greater New Calvary Church in Camden for a 20 year old former Camden Fairview defensive lineman.  Khiry Neal died this past Thursday night from complications from a staph infection he contracted in 2010 that left him a quadriplegic. Neal started as a freshman on the Cardinals' defensive line in the 2009 Class 5A state championship game against Monticello.  Neal was 6-4 and 275 pounds entering his sophomore year and was expected to contribute significantly before being stricken with a freak staph infection in August 2010.
