06/30/15   School Board Elections

Filing opens today at noon for school board candidates across the state. Dallas County Clerk Suzie Williams told us no one's brought her any petitions as yet.

Ouachita county clerk Britt Williford  commented on what areas were up for election in that county.

Doug Easterling of Thornton is up for re-election. Easterling serves as secretary on the board.  Bobby Steelman is also up for re-election.  Williford says deadline for filing is July 7 at noon.
