Patsy Lou Cagle Wallace of Pine Bluff passed away Sunday at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. She was 74. Funeral services will be held this morning at 10:30 at Watson Chapel Baptist Church, with Reverends Todd Howard and Steve Monk officiating. Interment will follow at 3pm at Copeland Ridge Cemetery at Curtis, Arkansas. Ralph Robinson and Son Funeral Directors of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
