06/19/15  Fordyce Police Report

According to Fordyce Police Chief Jimmy Vaughn, police officers made a total of 17 arrests between June 8^-16. On June 14, officer Roger Wood arrested Sylvester R. Stewart and charged him with 2^nd degree domestic battery and aggravated assault. On that same date officer Bryce Mckinney arrested Tyler Jordan Mitchell and charged him failure to maintain control, no liability insurance, DWI-drugs, refusal to submit and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

On June 13^th, James W. Harper was arrested by officer Bryce McKinney and charged with DWI and driving left of center. Other charges filed by police included on June 10^th..Clemestine Vasser was charged with communicating a false alarm.  On June 11^th..Jaimie Brown was charged by officer Charles Still with 3^rd degree battery. 

Edward Louis Craig was charged by officer Brandon Williamson with public intox and drinking in public. Devon Hampton, Drew Jewayne Archer,  Christy Word, Dennis Irvin Arnold, and Michael Archer were all arrested for failure to pay fines. Jimmie Decole Rivers was cited for two counts of failure to appear in court.  Dawn Crystal Benjamin was cited for failure to appear.  Jerry Bell Smith was cited for failure to appear and Jessica Still was cited for contempt of court. All will appear in District Court to respond to the charges.
