Due to the disruption by people attending the May meeting of the Bearden City Council..Mayor Russell Davis announced new rules to be followed at all city council meetings.

There were no questions.  The city council table has been moved so that no one can get behind the mayor and a podium has been placed out front of the table for people from the audience to speak.
