Joseph Baldwin Quinn of Pine Bluff died Friday at the age of 93. For 13 years he worked in the Jefferson County Clerk's office as supervisor of Voter Registration.  He also served as J-P and a deputy sheriff for many years.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow (wed) at 2pm at Fuller Hale South Funeral Chapel with Rev. Pam Estes officiating.  Burial will be private at Graceland Cemetery.  Visitation is tomorrow from 1pm till time of service. Memorials may be made to Lakeside United Methodist Church in Pine Bluff. Fuller Hale South Funeral home of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
