Dave Foots III of Pine Bluff passed away Tuesday at the age of 64. Funeral services will be held at 1pm today at New St. Hurricane Baptist Church with Rev L. R. Jones III officiating.  Interment at New St. Hurricane Cemetery.  His body will lie in state from 12:15 till time of service this afternoon. Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff in charge of arrangements.
