06/08/15  A White Hall Man is One of Two Convicts To Be Pardoned by Governor

 

A White Hall man is one of two convicts Governor Asa Hutchinson has announced he intends to pardon. Hutchinson plans to pardon Johnathon Collins of White Hall.  Collins was convicted of possession of a controlled counterfeit substance and of drinking in an unlicensed public place.

The Governor also announced he plans to pardon Bryan Hornbuckle of Malvern and restore the firearms rights to Emory Martin III of Bentonville. Hornbuckle was convicted on drug charges.  Martin was convicted on forgery and theft of property charges. According to Hutchison's office each of the three have completed all jail time and all parole and probationary requirements and have paid all fines. There's a 30-day waiting period for public comment before the actions are final.
