06/08/15  Ouachita County Medical Center's Auxiliary Accepting Applications For Scholarships.

The Ouachita County Medical Center's Auxiliary is accepting applications for nursing scholarships.  Applications are being accepted for LPN scholarships worth 15 hundred dollars and scholarships for RN amounting to two thousands dollars. Applicants must show written acceptance into a nursing school, a transcript with a minimum three point grade average, must be a graduate of a Ouachita county high school or resident.  GED grads must be a Ouachita County resident, must work at Ouachita County Medical Center for six months for each semester funded.  Applications may be picked up at the OCMC gift shop and returned by July 15.  For more information contact Donna Lowery at 870-498-4119.
