Terry Dale Cooper of Pine Bluff passed away Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 11 this morning at Fuller Hale South funeral Chapel with Rev Pam Estes officiating. Visitation will be at 10 until time of service. Committal services tomorrow morning at 10am in Centuries Memorial Park at Shreveport, Louisiana. .
