06/04/15  Drug Sniffing Dog Finds Glass Pipe In Ouachita County Stop

 

On May 23, Ouachita county Deputy Christopher Lindsey pulled over a vehicle driven by Kyle Lee King of Camden for a traffic violation.According to the report King and two passengers Nathan Richard Daniels and Jennifer Wright, both of Camden seemed nervous and Lindsey asked if he could have a K-9 walk around the vehicle. 

The dog alerted of the possibility of drugs inside the vehicle.  Lindsey removed a small black cell phone and a glass pipe with residue inside.  King advised the items were his and he was taken into custody, and charged with possession of an instrument of crime. Warrant checks were conducted on Daniels and Wright.  Wright was placed into custody for warrants out of Ouachita County.  Wright and King were transported to the Ouachita County Sheriff's office.  King was booked and released on citation.  Wright had warrants for his arrest out of Ouachita and Lafayette counties.
