06/04/15  Courtney Demond Morgan of Pine Bluff Faces Charges In Jefferson County

On May 26, Jefferson County Prosecutor Kyle Hunter filed charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon and protection order violation against Courtney Demond Morgan of Pine Bluff.  The charges are the result of an incident that occurred May 1,  when Morgan allegedly chased his ex-girl friend around with a gun threatening to kill her. Morgan had been served with an Order of Protection on April 30^th and had been convicted of a prior felony charge.
