06/04/15  Traffic Safety Check Produces a Marijuana Possession Charge In Dallas County

A 33 year old Pine Bluff man has been cited as a result of a traffic safety check with possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended license. According to a report by Dallas County Deputy Ronnie Smith, Jodie Devar Evans of Pine Bluff was stopped on May 4 in a safety check set up on highway 79-North near the Fordyce Airport and was arrested and charged and taken to the Dallas County Detention Center.
