05/29/15  Three Pine Bluff Residents Charged With Aggravated Robbery

 

Three Pine Bluff residents have been charged with two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of aggravated residential burglary, one count of theft of property and seven counts of aggravated assault. The charges were filed in Circuit Court in Pine bluff by Prosecuting Attorney Kyle Hunter against Patrick L. Walls, and co-defendants Zaviun Fox and Millie Whitman. According to a police report, on March 26, police responded to a home invasion call on South Tennessee Street. The victims told police they were sitting on a couch when two masked men entered the front door with guns demanding money.  The victims stated the, two men pointed guns at them and five children in the residences, ranging in age from 7 months to 7 years old.  One of the suspects told the other suspect “if they move, shoot them”.

 The suspects were described as short black males with bandanas over their faces. The victims told police the suspects took a ladies wallet containing 200 dollars, an XBOX 360 and a small flat screen TV.  

Later police pulled over a car driven by Millie A Whitman, Zaviun Fox was in the passenger's seat, Walls in the backseat.  Zaviun attempted to run when police found a handgun in the car.  Officers found 200 dollars in cash in Zaviun's pockets and clothing described by the victims in the car. Whitman claimed she didn't have anything to do with the robbery. Fox told police he was just catching a ride with Whitman.  Walls said he didn't rob anyone and was like Fox, just catching a ride.
