05/29/15  Rison Man charged With Terroristic Act

Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney Kyle Hunter on May 22, filed charges of a terroristic act against a 20 year old Rison man. On April 25,  Pine Bluff police were call to an address on Middle Warren Road in reference to a shooting.  Officers made contact with Gabriel Samuels and Jonathan James at that address and both stated they heard several gunshots and then noticed a Jeep with no doors speeding away from the scene.  Both witnesses stated the Jeep belonged to Mathew Dillon Reed.

Police later questioned Reed and he stated that the vehicle was his and that he was driving the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
