Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Tom Wynne of Fordyce has filed criminal charges against a 26 year old Fordyce woman.  Adrian Nicole King was charged after an incident that occurred on April 23.  Fordyce police received a trespassing complaint.  After they spoke with the people who called in the complaint, police located King walking along the street and she was asked about the incident and didn't know she was trespassing. The officer detected the odor of marijuana on King and asked to search her purse.  Inside the officer found a syringe, some cotton and white residue.  Another search at the police department revealed a spoon, 7 used syringes, 3 unused syringes and other drug paraphernalia. Wynne filed the charges against King on May 13 in Circuit court.

Also on May 13, Deputy prosecutor Wynne filed charges of aggravated residential burglary, aggravated robbery and being a habitual criminal with four or more prior felonies against 31 year old Terrell Lamar Ross of Fordyce. On April 1st Jonathan Finley reported to police that Ross came into his residence demanding that he owed Ross money...and Ross reportedly assaulted Finley and his younger brother Tyler.  When Ross left Finley discovered 200 dollars missing from a drawer.
