05/15/15  Bearden School Board Gets A Demonstration From 12 Students

At the Bearden School Board meeting Thursday night, 12 Bearden High School students along with their teachers, Mrs. Humphrey and Mrs. Tammy Ethridge, gave the board a demonstration of the projects the students came up with in competition during the Lockheed-Martin Engineering week. Mrs. Ethridge told us that once a year Lockheed-Martin chooses five area schools to compete. This year it was Bearden, Camden Fairview, Smackover, and Harmony-Grove.

There were cash prizes given to each student that participated.

The event is extra curricular.
