Garland County authorities are looking for the vehicle that struck and killed a pedestrian early Thursday morning on highway 270 at Henning Lane. According to a state police preliminary report, 36 year old Jennifer Willett of Hot Springs was walking along the north shoulder of the highway when an unidentified vehicle headed westbound on 270..near Henning Lane, crossed over on the shoulder striking Willett and leaving the scene.  No further details were immediately available. Weather conditions were clear, road conditions dry at the time of the accident at 12:10 am Thursday April 30.
