04/28/15  Senator John Boozman on Fair Trade

In the near future the U-S Senate will be considering giving the President special negotiating authority through the trade promotion authority.  Senator John Boozman who  spoke with Saxon Coates on South Arkansas Sunrise recently explained how the trade promotion authority would work..

Boozman said the President will be given the authority to negotiate on behalf of the U-S since it would be impossible for each representative of Congress to negotiate.
