A 75 year old Garland County woman died in a two vehicle head on crash on Thursday of last week. According to a State Police report, the crash occurred on Highway 7 at Randall Wood Road in Garland County. The report states that a Lincoln Town Car driven by Marie Moore of Hot Springs was North-bound on Highway 7 when she crossed the center line and struck a South-bound Chevy truck driven by 49 year old Kevin Beckwith of Lionsdale.

Moore died at the scene of the crash, and Beckwith was taken to St. Vincent in Hot Springs for treatment. The weather conditions were clear and roadway dry at the time of the crash at 12:30pm that Thursday.

Early Friday morning, a 33 year old man from Malvern died and three passengers in the vehicle were injured in a one vehicle crash on I-30 East near Friendship. A State Police report states that Dewon Wells of Malvern was killed. 23 year old Damien Garner of Gurdon, 20 year old Aundrela Moore of Malvern, and 22 year old Brittany Morgan of Malvern were injured. 

The report states that a GMC Jimmy, driven by Wells, was traveling East on I-30 when Wells lost control and struck a tree. The injured were taken to St. Vincent's in Hot Springs for treatment. It was raining and roadway wet at the time of the crash at 3:53am.
