03/19/15 Hogskin Holidays Festival

The annual Calhoun County Hogskin Holidays Festival will be April 4 at Thornton. The festival will be kicked off with a BBQ dinner at the Thornton Fire Station from 4:00pm to 6:30pm. The kickoff for the Hogskin Holidays Festival is sponsored by Thornton Step by Step, an organization within the community that focuses on community improvement and improving quality of life in Thornton. Everyone is invited for the kickoff event.

Adult tickets for the event may be purchased in advance for eight or nine dollars at the door. Tickets for children under 12 years of age may be purchased for four dollars. Carry outs will be available. There will be live entertainment and valuable door prizes will be awarded.
