03/18/15 Reed Charged

A Fordyce woman has been charged in Circuit Court in Camden with possession of a controlled substance, meth or cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and theft of property. The charges were filed March 13 against 37 year old Kathryn Reed of Fordyce by Deputy Prosecutor R. Jeffrey Sawyer.

On February 11, Camden Police arrested Reed. She was taken into custody outside the Walmart store in Camden in possession of over 800 dollars in merchandise she took from the store. A search of Reed's purse revealed a metal container that contained what appeared to be meth. Reed also surrendered a pipe.
