03/13/15 Rowland Obituary

Bertie Lou Stover-Rowland of Rison died Wednesday, March 11, at the age of 81. She was born April 20, 1933 in the Kedron Community near Rison, a daughter of the late William Calvin “Bill” Riggins and Jessie Mclaughlin Riggins. For several years Mrs. Rowland was a nurse's aide at Cleveland County Nursing Home.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Judy Clayton and husband, Ronny, of Rison; a sister-in-law, Louise Riggins; two grandchildren and one great grandchild. 

Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm tonight, March 13, at Buie Funeral Home in Rison. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, Saturday, March 14, at 2:00pm at Buie Funeral Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery in Rison.
